Default banshee lovers

need some help guys looking at getting a banshee can use your advice on what to look for on a used one compared to new. how long between rebuilds ? do they overheat like some say ive ridden with friends that have them and they scream just want to know what to look for when buying used . they want 6k for new used are around 3k here depending on the shape thanks for any help you can offer

i dont own a banshee but i was in yur position about a yr ago if i were u i would look for one used as close to stock as u can or one that has been taken really good care of y spend 6k when u can spend 3-4k fer ones thats faster but then again if yur like me and lik doing all the work yurself and noing nothings wrong then id buy new and do all the mods yurself

o and also probally id say every 2 or so yrs rebuild u mihgt b able to get away w/ more depending on how much u ride and how many mods u have lotza of mods causes more stress on engine = less time between re-builds and vis-versa and my buddy has a banshee we rides some trails w/ it its nto the easiest thing to rid in trails due to its crazy powerband but he hasent overheated it yet and we have been riding fer 3 or 4 yrs

thanks for the input most of the used shees around here for sale are modded pretty good and i here that hurts dependabilty thats why i want to here what too look out for

Check for slop in the swing arm and a-arm bearings - Have they been greased? Look at the chain and sprockets too...
