Okay here goes! After being talked into purchasing a Dinli 50 for my 4 year old, I made the decision to sell it for a "Yamaha" raptor 50. I mean "Yamaha" - how could you go wrong - Right?? Well I think by now we all know the story of the "Raptor" 50 - so now that I've been burned twice I decide to do a few mods to the Yamaha - I've been reading the threads about some of you guys who have been getting some great bottom end from the Raptors and honestly (though terribly annoying with the sound) the top end for my 4 year old is not a problem. So I order up the following:

New Jet - go from 72.5 - 77.5
K&N Air Filter
Cut the Slide by 3/8
Adjust the Throttle lever

There are not very many options available to help. Raptor80racing has a few items that will help but in my opinion they are not worth the money. You can get a pipe and larger tires with aluminum wheels. I have talked to Raptor80racing and they are working on a CDI box for the raptor 50 but not sure where there at with it yet.
