There are plenty of people still running thier 01 raptors without a problem. But there is no reason to take on that headache of worrying about them if you dont have to.

I was aware of the axle nut change, but not the axle change. Guess I learn something new everyday.

 

The 01's that were updated use the exact same 02 parts. The one-way bearing starter issue was changed for 04.
