Ok here is my question. I have an 05 raptor that I just put a high-flow spark arrestor in and trimmed the snorkel flaps. I purchased a Dynojet stage 2 jet kit and I'm at about 700-1000 ft elevation. According to dynojets instructions I should run 144/146. Will this be ok or should I go up for the cold weather?? I've searched many posts but couldnt find an answer. Seeing how my raptor is only a couple months old I dont want to take many risks with running lean, but do you think going up to say a 146/148 will be too rich?? I want to try to get it on the first try. Thanks for any help, Trevor.

If you are a little fat during the summer, as most recreational riders should be, you will more than likely be ok in the winter months. You may have to tweak the screws, but if your jetting is good now, you will be ok.
But if you are going to ride in sub zero weather, thats a little different...
