Default Raptor rear lowering kit quesion, advice?

I was interested in lowering the rear of my raptor a few inches. I know the proper way is too use a aftermarket zero preload shock. I want too do that all the way around in the future, but i just CANT afford them anytime soon. My front end is lowered slightly by using yfz450 front shocks.IM looking at the crj or the durablue lowering strut, anybody have any comments on these? Also, by doing this, how does it affect the rear shock action? Is it more choppy, harsh or what? Also, how does the rear hold up too jumping? I know the fronts are not good too jump with which is obvious just by looking at it,but i dont know about the rear. Any help would be great, thanks

I think you can lower it for free by flipping the rear shock linkage.

Not a good idea if you plan on any air, I believe the flipped linkage can bind if its extended or compressed too far.
