I was here earlier when someone said something about gg being the author of this thread, just watching. Then I saw the heat and decieded I might get a chance to pour gas on the flames, then i noticed all of us in here and thought it wouldn't be fair, so I kept my mouth shut

i dont know who girlygirl is, but i'm not her. if you look on other forums, i have this name on all of them. if you dont believe me, check out www.tundrasolutions.com i'm the california moderator, thank you. anyways, i used to have a warrior and i loved it, but then sold it to my cousin a while bike cuz i got into racing my dirtbike. then one day i saw the 05 for sale on a forum and i jumped right on top if it. i bought it 2 days later and took it out the day after buying it. once i got on... it felt nothing like my old warrior. yeah i know all of you guys are saying "warrior with new plastic" yeah okay, its the same motor, but seriously, have you guys even ridden one? if you read the review that atvconnection wrote up on the raptor, you'll see what i mean (found here). that is basically what i have to say about it too. it seriously feels so much better than my warrior. me and my cousin went out when i first bought and i left him in the dust. my buddy has a 400ex.... the raptor took care of that too. it handles so much better, steering is awesome, looks a million times better, tires better... everything about it is better than the warrior. that's what i meant when i said it's more than a warrior. you guys think that its exactly the same or something.... i smoked both a warrior and 400ex... STOCK!

ps. are all the people on here rude? thats the impression i get after reading everyone's replies. they just jump on top of everyone... freaken calm down. all i was doing was making a simple statement and asking a simple question. no need to be smart and sarcastic with insults.

thanks clover. i know what mods i wanna do... just wondering what i should do first. i live right down the street from the yamaha corporate headquarters so i know one of the guys that is an engineer for the gyt-r stuff. he's gonna hook it up with some stuff. i got a tour of the whole place with my buddy ryan about 2 weeks ago... in almost every hallway there is at least on bike just sitting there. the warehouse was sweet too. that's where they keep all the promo bikes. once they reach 2 years old, they sell them to employees for suuuuuppeerrrr cheap. anyways, dont know if i should be sharing all of this, so im done now.
