Ok, geez calm down. You say your fouling plugs, so the first question I would ask is what mixture are you running? I haven't worked on a Blaster in a while, but with the mods you listed I would say jetting up maybe 2 or 3 sizes from stock. You have a slip on, but those stock blaster pipes are fairly restrictive. What screws did you bro mess with, air/fuel? That could really mess things up depending on which way he went with them. Also, the dying when letting off the throttle could be the safety switch in your throttle housing. If you take off the throttle cover on your handle bars, you will see a few parts. Push the thumb throttle a bit, you will see that there is one part that the cable connects to that pushes another metal lever. If the cable returns but the other metal piece doesn't, this will kill the engine. It is a safety thing so the throttle doesn't get stuck open. Take out the three screws and see if everything is moving smoothly. If it is not smooth, clean everything up, and make sure to clean your throttle cable. Try that and see what happens. Hope it helps.

you might have better results when you work on yer people skills. go back and look at how you treated people and see if you would answer this character. This aint burger king - you CANT have it your way.
if it was a dramatic change, then you have an engine problem.
fuel, air, spark, thats all there is to it, and compression.
and plug can look good and be worthless.
flooding is common, esp in cold weather.
good fuel? not out of the lawnmower right?
you should at least get a POP if you have fuel, air, spark and compression.
choke off, throttle wide open, kick it as if its flooded.
pull the plug and your thumb over the plug hole, roll it over.. compression?
keep trying, it is something simple hopefully.
please pull ahead.
