Default Banshee Carbs.....

I have a 200 banshee and am contimplating getting 28mm mikuni flatside carbs. Is this the next best upgrade for power? Or is it just a waste of money for the performance gains.... Where could i get the best price for them....?

Current Enigne mods: Toomey t-6, reeds, air filter, and pro-x pistons

Thanks, Jon

28 FS are nice for throttle response and you do not have to worry about those stupid 26 carb tops stripping. As far a performance probably no power increase. As slap said the coolhead or getting your head milled would probably be the best move next. The 28 FS will be a nice cmplement to that and you can find a new pair for $200 when the time comes. If you do get the 28 you may want to look at the White brothers catalog to get the flanges that press on the intake side of the 28's This will make a nice tight fit into your carb boot.
