hell yeah, you could have cinder blocks on your hubs it would turn em...

 

I would go with 26's 27 will take more power to turn, be harder on the powertrain and only give you another 1/2 inch off clearance

 

go 27 its a miniture grizzly for gods sake

 

what are stock ? 25's i belive , so ied say a 26 or a 27

 

my buddy just got a 05 kodiak and I have a 03 kodiak and he can go everywhere I can and probably more! I have the ITP 589's and he has the mudlights both 26 inch. I think I would stay with the 26" tire because the kodiaks use the high side of the tranny for reverse and when you get the machine bogged down in deep mud you still want to be able to spin the tires to clean them out and sometimes I have just barely had enough to do this. with bigger tires I think it would just slip the belt or just bog and not spin. Just a thought! Good Luck

my 400 was a beast in the mud. it had 26" 589's, and i went through some extreme mudholes.....theres still one that the kodiak was the only one ever to go through.......the p650,sp700,and foreman all got stuck......
