Default Cold weather riding.

Alright its getting really cold and soon to snow up where I ride, and this is the first time I have ever had a quad in the winter. Besides the basics, cold weather oil, warm it up longer before you ride, etc. Is there anything else that you want to do.

Oh ya can't forget to include, dressing warm.

Thanks,

MIke.

When its get colder the air gets thinner so you'll need to richen it up if you don't want to seize the motor.
The main jet should be taken up a size or two, depending on how cold it gets.

Speedy, It's ok if thats what its jetted for. But if the temp changes, then so should your jetting.

if u dont have any jets u can try and play around with the needle clip position, lower the clip down towards the bottom of the needle one slot
