Yeah I was reading a coup;e posts down about somebody who said their header pipe was glowing orange. Well my warrior does that after I turn it on and warm it up alittle bit. And when I say orange I mean bright enough to where I could use it as a headlight at night. Ive heard that its normal and Ive also heard that it could be bad jetting or the valves arent adjusted correctly. My warrior is highly modded too and I run 100+ octane in it.

 

Mine does it too, along with a friends, both ours are jetted and adjusted the valves. We haven't had a problem yet, but maybe do a check over on both just in case.
