DSP Power Now Valve for yfz450?

does anyone know how much this will help my 450? i have heard that they do really good in four stroke dirtbikes, i was wondering if anyone has tried one out on their 450. thanks

DSP Power Now Valve for yfz450?

It looks like it is a carb spacer, is that right? So I guess it just gives the fuel more time to vaporize which helps it burn better. What is the metal divider thing for though?
