i dont think banshee timing is adjustable
so im not sure what there would be to check
except for spark or good fuel delivery

ZUK is right. The stock timing plate isn't adjustable (it can be modded to be though).

Can you kick the bike over? Do you have any compression? How did the bike run the last time? Do you still have the TORS installed?

it kicks fine it just wont start i have 135 compression i have spark and new plugs just checked reeds carb boots for leaks and everything looks ok it will pop start and run but feels like it has no power its very slow tors kit is removed and replaced with a vito tors elimination kit the only thing i can think of is it is jetted 270 which i think is too rich cause im only running a .20 bore with a open airbox reed spacers and a stock exhaust i just ordered a dynojet stage 1 jetkit but i was wondering if the timing could be off cause it ran fine over the summer then i mixed the gas too rich and it wouldnt start so i took it apart cleaned carbs gas tank and cylinders out then put back together and it wont start

Yeah, you're way too rich at 270. At what altitude are you and what is the current temperature? Is there also a bigger pilot jet installed that you know of (stock is 25) and is the needle still in the stock position (middle/3rd clip)?

try to take the choke plunger out and clean out the choke jet
or try to stand the bike on its rear end and let the fuel run out of the top end of carbs
set it back down if it starts u got a carb problem
the bike should still start with a 270 jet...
