Default HELP!! raptor 660 no spark

Ok, I was riding and my machine just shut down. Pulled the plug out, no spark, put a new one in, nothing. The wiring is fine from the switch to the tether. checked the coil per specs and it seems good. checked the pick up assembly ohms and that was ok. But when i measure the input wires to the coil with the key on, it shows 35.04 volts!!#@$ how can this be? has anybody had this problem and what was it??? thanks in advance

Ive got an 03 too and it has done that to me too....only thing I found was that the orange wire coming from the CDI was a little loose and after wiggling it abit it started up again.

Default HELP!! raptor 660 no spark

I did check the stator per specs in the clymer, and found that between the red wire coming out of the stator and ground>>> should be infinity but it's reading resistance, which means a short to ground, and it says replace the stator and pick up assembly, this is the first time I ever had a stator go bad, I would have never thought a stator would go bad, especially being an 03 ???
