HMF or yoshimura exhaust
#5
I would say HMF is the loudest. Performance wise i would say the Yosh just because they have been around a long time and are usually the favorite among the sportbike guys. The yosh is probably better in performance a little bit and is probably lighter due to their R and R on the sportbikes. HMF is a better price probably. Best bang for your buck.

Yoshi does perform better, but it's not that loud, but don't get me wrong it is loud. Sometimes it gets annoying. HMF is good, cheap and looks cool, but the yoshi looks cooler to me. For extra info. I got my yoshi for $395.

well it sounds to me that the HMF is louder but the Yoshi is better in performance, what would you guys do, would you put the HMF, or the Yoshimura full system on a yamaha yfz450??

The HMF exhaust is a very good value for the $$$. I'd say it's a toss up between the HMF and the Yoshi comp system. However, I personally would spend the extra cash and get the the stainless steel or Ti Yoshi Pro set-up. Yoshi pipes are also known to be very good pipes on modded engines, so if you have plans for digging into your engine in the future, then go with the Yoshi Pro TRS set-up.
