Default sand drags la.

Well I myself just got back in from a 6 hour drive. There was a great turn out today and not a drop of rain. All I can say is a had a blast. Friday morning my racing was cut short due to a cam chain failure. It wouldn't have mattered I never made a full throttle pass on the 300ft track. It was either pulling the front wheels off the ground or couldn't get into thrid gear for some reason. I need to get a 6 inch extended swing arm and lower the Raptor to the ground.

OK back to the racing, from what I could see there were four YFZ's (2 white, 2 black) that were very, very fast and from what I saw before I left no other four stroke beat them either. UBETRUN was also very fast and had head gasket issues when I left. Craycrafts pump gas 730 was also very fast as well.

It was great meeting everyone again, I hope everyone has a safe trip back home. CED thanks for the lunch Saturday, it was great.....

Yeah Ernie, it was my pleasure to meet you. Ubetrun got his bike back together this evening and boy was it fast. He said he had it dialed in whenever I left around dark. Soooo many fast 4-strokes. I will say that Craycraft made a very strong statement in the 4-stroke segment. But, those YFZ's were insane! The DS800 was a runner too to be right out of the shop! It was a great turn out and I just want to thank all that came and made this event what is was....nothing less than spectacular to see that many fast bikes, 4-stoke and 2-stroke in the same place at the same time! Congratulations to all that made this possible. I look forward to the next event

Scooby, someone said they were stroked, probably 500+. I dont think they were running NOS. There were no turbos there! I wouldnt say they were drag-only bikes. They had stock frame with extended swingarm lightened axles and normal sized riders! Of course they were floating the front end the whole length of the track! Ubetrun was giving them a hard time to say the least. But, they were leaving the line like a raped ape...

Here, see them for yourself. This is a quick try to get some video of the YFZ's up. This video is the fastest white one and a black one. It is late, Im tired and I might have some better video of them, but this will have to do for now.

Its at least 1000'. But whenever you have over 100 bikes making pass after pass on the track you keep moving the starting line up farther and farther. Yeah we had well over 200bikes in attendance! I dont think anyone had any problem with the track being too short!

Well if you thought about going and didn't, this is just a piece of what you missed. I would like to hear from CataRec the exact number there. I would say between 100 - 250. This place was like ATV DisneyWorld.

Clash Highlights

P.S. Everybit of this video was filmed today at Sicily Island, even the Water Buffalos.

Scooby there were none turbo, no NOS, no EFI, YFZ's. All were running on ALKY, and one I saw had a 41mm Lectron Carb. I am not sure of the rest. Stock Frames, light front end components, extended swing arm's. I would guess in the 4.2 to 4.5 range 300ft ET. One of the owner rider YFZ I talked too told me his weight was 125lbs..
