Those are very heavy tires. Heavy stuff is hard on your trans and chain. We dont have snow down here so I would not have a clue as to what works in it. I run Maxxis 4snows in the dirt drags and some in the sand and they work well.Check out Skat-track like the terrain traak.

well i've tried excavators and realtors in the snow on my ds, and bearclaws on my old LT185, the bearclaws did awesome on that lil machine, but i have no idea how they would do on a high hp machine, out of the excavators and realtors the realtors are way better, but after some input from the boys in the bomb forum my bro decided to buy some mud machines for his ds, i've had them on my ds while he has been waitin for his durablue to come in, and i'm very impressed with them so far, i've went up wet muddy slippery hills that my uncles 01 traxtor was spinnin a bit on and when i came up it i could pull the front end up if i wanted to, i can't wait til we get more snow to give them a real test, watch the bomb forums, i plan on giving a review once we get some snow

Realtors. You can run them both ways. Use them on hard pack stuff, or flip them over and run them in loose sand or snow.

I've never had a problem with my bear claws. Nice tread for comfort riding, yet they have a nice little nub on the side to bit and chew there way through pretty much anything.

Maxxis Sur Traks would be a better choice then the bear claws because they're almost the same tread but they are lighter weight. My buddy has Pure Sport Realtors on the back of his warrior and they do well in the snow. On the back of my 2x4 polaris I have GBC Dirt Devils I would highly reccomend them. They have great traction in all kinds of condition but they still slide really well. my polaris doesnt have any great ammount of power and has no problem spinning them. We ride in the snow all the time they do well and the tread compound is think they will last for a long time.
