Messed that up. i have a full yosh on my 686 and was wondering if a different pipe would be better. the local shop says there is a huge difference between the yosh and Lrd. i would like to here from someone that has done the swap to any pipe and how much if any difference there was?

 

Comp or Pro. Pro is rele nice but it very expenisve. Check out the exhuast shootout on dirtwheels. That should show you some info. If i were you ifu were to get a different pipe i would get The HMF or the CT sonic ( had most peek horse i beleive).

are you willing to spend 6-700 dollars for 3-4 more horsepower?

 

What do you think porting is at 450 dollars? Or a new cam and valve springs for 300? At least he can sell his old pipe for about 200 and make some back.

The only pipes that rise significantly above 600 are the duals, both in the 700-800 range.
