banshee head

Default banshee head

i pulled the head off my friends banshee and instead off a regular gasket there was a metal gasket now his quad is bored .20 over with 140 psi compression he bought the quad used why is it like that

Default banshee head

Someone probably installed an aftermarket gasket after a rebuild or other engine work. Not a big deal as long as the correct gasket was used and it was installed correctly.

i thought it was that rubber material thats what it was on mine

Been so long since I worked on one with a stock head gasket I didnt even remember.

Metal is better.
