I used to have that setup. You'll feel better gains than the gains you felt from stock to piped in jetted.

Dana 20 bikes might be pushing it a bit, but remember you have internet proof of what you and your quad can do.

Dana racing a couple banshees and a motorcycle
Dana racing a YFZ

Im running this setup too. I did the install myself and its not that hard at all. You just need a manual and raptortranny.com helps out A LOT too. I love this setup and have not lost ANY reliability, only problems Ive had are normal bugs that come from riding for 1.5yrs and not checking loose bolts and stuff like that. Im saving up right now for a 101mm bore (673cc), stage 2 cam and full sparks exhaust, new valves, valve guides, cam chain, cam gear, one way bearing, swing arm, bearings and seals. If you do the stuff yourself you will save TONS of money.

What fuel? Pump or race or half and half? do you all have a full exhaust system or just silencer? I appreciated the help,

I run Sunoco 110. Probably a little more than I need but I can get it from the pump for $4 and change a gallon. My mods are in my signature.

Pump gas (91) octane has worked for me in the past without any problems. I would say just to be safe running around 94+.
