Wow, Yamaha announces a 660 thumper and Honda responds with a 229cc shaft drive auto-clutch. I notice that it is $900 less than the 300ex. They must be wanting some of that entry-level business that Polaris is getting with the Trailblazer.

250, Fourstoke, auto-clutch, shaftdrive, rear-drum brake...I am gonna' stop here before I puke. I think even the entry level Suzuki LT80 could give this thing a run for it's money. I had a 1989 Lt250s Quadsport, full hydraulic discs, manual clutch, chain drive, for it's day it was one of the better machines as far as technology goes, it was a well built machine,....BUT....this thing is 10 steps in the wrong direction, what a friggin' disgrace!! "RIDE RED"....The next time I hear that will be hilarious...More like ride where no one can see you!!! Peece Owt!

I agree...what a complete joke! It is all about the cash and how much of it they can make. That is the very reason why Honda will not come out with a new quad for a while. Milking the 400ex sales as long as they can. HA HA HA HA HA!
