Same oil for raptor as YFZ?? 20w40?

Default Same oil for raptor as YFZ?? 20w40?
Im thinking about gettin a YFZ so im jsut making sure my oil that i bought in bulk for my raptor can be used for the YFZ

it should be fine but to be safe check the owners manual and ask the dealer too

I always use whats recommended it the owners manual, and have never had an oil related problem. Bosch

in the manual it says to use yamalube 5w30 or is it 50w30 i can't remember i got it at the atv dealership yesterday cause i need to do the first oil change. but i defently know the last number is 30

I have a case of 12 quarts of Yamalube 20w40 - un-used! and i dont want it to go to waste lol

What oil do you run in a YFZ?

but that is for the yfz. and i just checked the bottle and it says cold weather formula 5w-30 yamalube

thtas what the dealer told me to use this time because it is already bellow 32 degrees. and it says to use that in the yfz manual
