with a 727 you would want to put bigger jets in before you put nitrous on
i am surprised you dont have a hole in your piston
i was running the same main jets as you on just a exhaust and air filter and had to jet to a
150/155 because it was too lean
if you put bigger main jets in it will feel like you have nitrous because your bike will go much faster

I would get your Jets dialed in before you add nitrous

a 727 should fly

those jets you have is what peeps have in their stock motors and a pipe

try 170/175

link to jet sizes and conversion chart below

many think nitrous is cheating and dont get any respect or races, so that means it probably works really good

You can keep your engine as long as you want, so long as your nitrous and engine is tuned properly for it, so it doesn't run super lean and burn stuff up.

There are many members here with Nitrous on their bikes. There are two types, wet and dry. Do a little searching on the Boondocker's and NOS systems kits and you'll find lots of answers.

Dry system = bad - To much **** that can go wrong. Install a wet system with a direct inject into the intake manifold with a fuel pump that guarantees your ratio.

Hey guys!
I don´t understand that our stock raptor in USA has 35 HP. Here in germany, if you get a brochure about ATVs (regarding raptor) you can see the raptors are registered with 47 Hp!
Or talk everybody of you in each case about "KW"(1 HP=0.736 kw)???

Yep, 47HP at the crankshaft, 35HP at the rear wheels.
