you have to pull off the side cover on the clutch cover, pull off the clutch cover. then u finish removing the oil pump and lines and then install a plate where the pump used to be, plug ur carb adn then mix ur fuel and oil and ur done/

Here is my CHEAP way to do it.....Might cost you around 2 bux if you need to buy stuff.

1. Yank off the tank, and tank lines.
2. Cut the line comming out of the carb about 1 inch out
3. Put RTV silicon in the injection line, and plug it with a small wood screw.
4. Remove lines from the pump

Mix your gas at 32:1 and then you are set.

I have had this done for about 6 years now. I even hooked it up last year for some guys who could not mix gas, and it pumped and worked great.

In order to do it right you need to plug the lines where the oil injector attaches to the carb. If not your going to be sucking in un-filtered air. Doing so will not only hurt your engine by sucking in dirt but it will also lean out your mixture, thus giving it a oppertunity to seize. You can make a block off plate for the injector pump from fiber glass. Just cut it to seize and drill the holes, but make sure you use a gasket. You should also plug the 2 holes that go into the case, both the supply and return into the pump. If you don't plug them you will get water and dirt build up inside the case where the pump used to be, which could be dangerous if you don't have a tight seal on the plate because you could get dirt and water into your oil.
