I haven't had any problems with this atv. But I have noticed on a rare occation, it backfires when slowing from a higher speed. Say if I'm traveling at 50KM/hour, when I release the throtle, the engine braking slows it down very fast. Sometimes while slowing, it will backfire, but only one shot. Is this normal? Or could there be a problem waiting to happen, or get worst. It don't happen everytime, say only 4 times over a 1200km period.

 

mine backfires when its low on gas
