ok my warrior has been running badly for a couple days so wen i was looking to see what was wrong i found a rip in the boot that hold the carburator to the head of the engine. do you think it would be ok if i duck taped it up temporarily. or is there any other temporary
thing i can use???

but i wouldnt want anything gettin sucked in there if that tape comes loose
just get new one cheap enough

but my problem is im wnt to go ridin tommorrow and no dealer has one in stock around here so i was wonderin if duct tape would solve the problem for me

 

my wifes had a small crack on top, I used clear nail polish and let it dry overnight. Formed a killer seal and wont drip. But you really want to get a new boot as soon as you can

On your way out stop by an auto parts store and pick up a piece of boot that they use for radiators and cut it to fit and your good to go.

 

how would i get the boot to stay on

 

your bike should have the straps from your old boot. If not they will have clamps for you for a couple bucks if that.

 

RTV and your good to go.

 

try fillin it in with silicone sealer or some kind of gasket sealer. apoxy or rubber cement might work. hot glue? get a radiator hose from a car that fits and cut it so its short enough to fit. u could use anything probly. idk about pvc piping tho.....
