Although I live in Maryland now, I grew up in Marianna (Washington County), Kirby (Greene), Waynesburg (Greene), Smithfield (Fayette County near Uniontown), and Pt. Marion (Fayette County but closer to Morgantown). My dad was a Methodist minister so we moved around a lot - 8 different schools in 12 years.

Hitting a bit of a lull here and I've heard the same old story before;

No one to ride with. My cousin will ride sometimes and we do hook up. He lives close but trailers it to my house.

My other bud is shipwrecked, they put up a development and cut him off from the woods. He is very hesitant to ride the streets, I don't blame him. I ride with my kids once in awhile. My boy has an XR50 and my daughter is learning to ride that too. It's just a lull in the action, and I have enough experience to know better than sell my machine. I can't wait for winter. It's really gonna be something to go out and play it in the snow!!!!!! (oh, yea, after I shovel [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] )

I guess things will pick up eventually, but right now it's my first quad, and even tho there are more bikes than quads, I haven't met anyone close by to ride with. My schedule doesn't help either. I like to ride at night sometimes and it doesn't seem like anyone else does, so for now:

i'm from york county and go up to rausch creek and tower city for most of my riding. anyone else ride there?

 

I don't have a Yamaha, but I live in PA (Northampton Co).
I just bought a KFX400. I've been to Tower City a few times on my XR400. I'm looking forward to getting out there on the KFX.
Also want to check out Paragon.
