I've got an '04 Raptor, same as my older brother, they both sometimes don't go into reverse, or in and out of neutral completely. All we have done so far is too put up with it, let your clutch out slow....if you here that cluncking, bring it back in....shift up or down, rock back and forth, put it back to the gear you want and try it again....far as we've found so far nothing has been wrong. For some reason they just seem to be a little loose...
If anybody had any info on that, I'd like to get this one straight as well....?

yea my tranny does the same thing, every thing works perfect on it besides that. sometimes it will clunk with out engaging, i just let the clutch out a little and it popes in. Just push down on the shifter a couple of times, and let out the clutch slowly untill you hear it engage.
