Default wolverine valve adjustment

I was wondering if anyone had done it and if they had any tips.
My wolvy is consistently cold blooded and thought maybe this would help.
I have tried a diff plug and higher octane fuel but to no avail.

have you cleaned the carb? what color is your plug? might need to adjust idle air/fuel mix screw, or have a small piece of trash in idle jet or circuit
