Funny, I found 13 threads in the Yamaha forum alone that had YFZ and HP in the title of the thread. A few of them even include "stock" in the title as well.

I could tell him a number, but there is a lot of controversey over the exact number as you have seen from the numerous threads discussing it. So you search, read the threads, and make your own decision on what you think it is. Different dynos and different elevations produce different numbers too.

And for someone who critcizes me for not telling him, you didnt either...

yep 39 hp stock, gytr pipe, jetkit, and intake brings it up to about 45...

 

thanks. someone was tellin me they were about even with a ds 650 and i said they were nutz. so thanks for clearing that up for me

Depends on the dyno. On Kenz, they're more like 36 RWHP stock, and 45 with pipe, filter, and cam mod.
