I am thinking about trading my 04 Grizz 660 for an 05 raptor 350, my buddy says i am way to big for this quad.
I'm 15 yrs old about 120 lbs and 5'6" .... What do you guys think??

 

well depends on what kinda riding you;ll be doing? The grizz is a big quad for you, but if ya can handle it then sweet, but the raptor is more for fast, jumping kinda riding if ya no what i mean. I love mine

 

my suggestion is find a used 400 z/kfx/dvx or 400ex becuz u will get board of the raptor power so quickly beleive me i will b 15 in july and im selling my warrior for a banshee soo id say find sumthing used if you have neva riding a quad before id recommend one of the 400's

 

Yeah, i say go for a nice used Z400 or something in that catagory. The raptor 350 is a nice quad, but you will probably get bored of it pretty fast if youve been riding a grizz. Im turning 15 and have a raptor and i can handle it just fine, all you have to do is get used to the fourwheeler before you start goin 70 with it.

 

Does anyone know where online to get a full exhaust system for the 350? I've looked everywhere and only found like one or two sites. Nobody lists the 350 raptor parts. As for the trade, go for it I love my 350. Lots of fun.

 

Well ive been ride quads for a while now but never owned a racing quad.... just rode friends, I wanted to go with the 350 becaues ive never rode a raptor and i dont know if i could handle the 660. YamahaRyder4Lyfe your said you can handle it just fine ... im 15 about 120lbs and 5'6".... do you think i could handle it??

its not realli your appereance u can b the smallest rider (as long as u can reach the foot pegs and clutch and brake your height dosent matter) its expireance if u dont have much go w/ the 400 it has plenty of aftermarket parts once u get board the raptor (350) dosent and wont for atleast another yr or 2 i would recommend the raptor if uv driven before


i got board w/ my warrior w/ mods below within 2 months so im selling it and movin to a banshee
