hi guys

i have a new yfz 450, all my life i ride 250r's and banshees and only trails (ENDUROS).

i only ride one time my yfz and this week im going to 485 miles 3 days rally in the dominican republic.


ok i need tricks in order that my yfz runs more fast but with the OEM exhaust.

do you think that a yfz is good for trails. im not sure, is more width and not good in accurate curves.

Take your airbox lid off.

buy a jet kit, and rejet.

 

Do you need a spark arrestor? If not take the baffle out, you can get 2-3 hp just by taking airboxlid off and uncorking the exhaust + rejet.

 

Cam mod

 

if your lookin for top speed, up the tire size a little bit, maybe 1 or 2 inches diameter. that will pick you up a little more in the top end, but will hurt your accel.
