Ok i had my warrior bored .20 over wiseco piston,full dg exhaust system,k&n air filter new wiring harness and main switch. My problem is it pops and cuts out when you rev it. It is so bad that itll actually shut off. Thick black smoke from exhaust and a strong gas smell the twist is that no matter what you do to the air mix screw it dosent help it. To make things stranger you run it 15 minutes the pipe is glowing cherry red like its overheating. I checked the park break switch nothing going on there its fine. To my wits end ive gone over this thing and the only thing i can conclude is my carb is shot. I put all new jets,needles ect in it nothing new same thing cut pop loss of power. The only thing i havent done is new slide diaphragm and main jet tube all else is new. Any ideas would be helpful maybe someones been here before i dunno. I also found a mikuni rs carb but it only has one cable input where my carb has 2 mine has the accelerator pump on it would that fit mine??

 

hhmm... i would say.. check all the connections in the carb and makesure nothing is hanging up... maybe.. check the valves? and def check the plug..

 

I would deff think its the carb but couldnt tell you exaclty were to start but yea lol and as speedy said check ur valves make sure there adjusted rite. ----good luck

 

ok plug was fine.....accel pump was stickin but i fixed that and no change and now im shootin flames out my pipe when i rev it.......itll rev to about 1/2 throttle fine but after that is when it starts poppin and shootin flames and wanting to die

 

im thinkin i need a jet kit to go from stock to what i need now
