Started itm up saturday morning let it warm up while i had it on the stand. was idling fine, sat the back end down off the stand and then rode it around the yard and put the rear end back under the stand. Seemed to be running fine, i was revving it a little bit to get all the snow and ice from out of the undercarriage. Then all of the sudden...boom......ching, ching, ching, ching...so i shut it down real quick. Pulled both plugs to find one wet and black and one a little toasty white and the white one was slammed shut and had aluminum shavings around the plug.

It makes no sense, i rode it last weekend ad it rode fine, no problems, started it today and no problems then all of the sudden bam. There is no reason that i can think of as to why one cylinder leaned out and burnt up. Im gonna tear the head off today and drain the coolant and see what happened, maybe i can get away with just a pistng and rings, hopefully not have to bujy a new jug too.

this happened last year when the carb froze up while i was riding, but this year boggles my mind, there no reason i can find as to why it blew, nothing changed from last time i rode it.

sounds like whichever side leaned out has a air leak somewhere, sorry bout the sled man
