Default Leaky rear sill

Has anyone ever had to change the rear sill on on a grizzly? This is where the driveshaft enters the transmission/engine. I noticed it started leaking after it has set for a couple of days, i m planning to attempt this repair myself and was wondering how difficult of a job this will be and if there are any special tools needed to complete this job?
I appreciate any and all responces.

Correct, it is leaking oil, I started taking it apart this morning, hasn't been too bad so far, I'm to the point where I need to remove the nut which connects the drivshaft connector (yoke) to the main engine assembly, believe I will have to buy a socket to fit it. I have a seal on order should be here Thursday afternoon.
Have any pointers, please let me know.
Thanks.
