Default Sick 2005 raptor

My 2005 660 Raptor just started making a scrubbing noise a few weeks ago. I thought it was the break pads, but I just checked them and they have plenty of pad left. I got to looking at the rotor though, and it looks like it is digging in the the plastic plate below it a little bit. How do i fix that? Any ideas would be appreciated. Has anyone else had this problem??

I don't think I hit anything. The quads got only like 5 hours on it, but what about going fast. Will that make it bend??? Thanks for the quick reply

Jack the front end up and spin the wheels to check for rotor warp or bend. If its bent, you just bought a new rotor. Going fast while applying the brakes for an extended period of time will cause heat build up and potentially warp the rotor. If the brakes are applied, you can boil the brake fluid too. Did you loose your brakes while riding. Most likely you hit something and didn't know it.

Well I checked the rotor and it is not warped. I then looked at brake pads and they have plenty of pad left. After that I gave the plastic piece a ****** and it made a popping sound and now the rotor has some clearance. Apparently it was out of place. How could that piece bottom out? Also I would like to know where to get a tire gauge that measures less than ten psi. I've done got out every tire gauge I own and each one measures 10 psi or more. there should be a low pressure guage in the little pouch that came under the seat (2005 it should still be there). and with the skid plate definatly get an aftermarket plate sprockets and rotors are not cheap here is a skid plate link http://www.yamaha-motor.com/accessor...75/detail.aspx

I didn't realise there was anything under the seat. You just take the seat off to get to it??? Thanks for all the replies.
