I saw my first Raptor at Amherst Motorsports in Milford N.H. Thursday. It's waiting for some guy who supposedly paid in advance and they can't get hold of him. Imagine that! Yamaha blue and looking better than any picture I've seen yet.

I was met up with someone in RI that got his raptor, probably the first in RI because he got it from the biggest dealer for yamaha in the state which is in North kingstown RI or around there its called razee's thats where i got my blaster from i think they have the best service around here also they have a great selection.
let me tell you i think the raptor is the greatest thing that has happened to the sport atv market since the 85 quadracer. its so perfect, it looks 20times better in real life too. i didnt think the blue one looked that great in the pics, and i have nothin against the blue either cause thats what color my blaster is, but it looks awesome the paint job is the most metallic lookin job in any quad ive seen. everything seems very reinforced especially the swingarm. the engine/exhaust is not loud at all, its quieter then my friends 250x. the gears seem big becuase the guy was ridin a wheelie in the same gear for a good distance. a lot better traction then my quad for sure, the guy was goin down a hill that was all washed out and he didnt realize it so i helped him face it back up the hill which was sandy and he got right up it, my tires wouldve just sank right in. ive never seen a ds650 before, but the raptor is not reall as big as it seems in the pics, maybe seat height thats it. any further questions please feel free to ask
