Default 05 kodiak overfenders?

Irishmackeral, or Oldtimer, I guess there is no problem, or extra shipping from Canada to the US?

Just put 26" mudlite's on my 450, and boy does it sling the mud. Gotta get some protection, I'm already tired of wearing my rainsuit to go riding on a sunny day.

You will get a bill after the fact from UPS for "customs preparation" or something like that. For all the things I ordered, it was almost 40 bucks. That is on top of the shipping price I paid.

My bush guard and over fenders showed up yesterday and I installed them last night using the Honda push pins. It looks real sanitary and was a lot easier than bolting them on, especially because there are so many screws and nuts. I didn't have help holding the over fenders as I lined them up so I broke out the duct tape to use as my assistant. I had previously thought the bush guard was way over priced but after receiving it, I understand why it cost so much. It is well made and fits great. Now it is well protected for it's virgin trip this weekend with a gal on it that has never ridden before. At least she has dirt biking and snow mobiling experience. That will help.

You guys are going to make me break into my daughters college fund! I cant take it , I got to have it too!!
Oldtimer, you might just be on to something here using the push pins. If ever you got mud and crud inbetween the overfender and the fender it should be a lot easier to remove and clean out. I just cant decide which mounting method I want to go with. If I were to go with the screw method I think I would add a bead of silicone in between so nothing can get in there, but with your method removal would be a breeze.
Sure wish you had a digital camera to post some picture. Thanks for informing us.

Just wondering what it matters if dirt is between the over fender and the fender? Can you see the dirt or something???It won't hurt anything right?

Probably not, it's just one more area (or 4 more in this case) to pull sticks, twigs, and mud out of after a ride.

Oldtimer, man all that stuff looks sweet on the camo kodiak! Push pins look good too. If I didn't hate them things to much, I might switch.

Next for me is the rear bumper. I will probably order it in a week or two.
