i have just got a 04 raptor 350 did not get owners manual i wnat to change the oil but i dont even know where the oil filter is can someone give me a idea where the drain plugs are if there is two and where to find the oil filter on the atv i know its a dumb question but i need to know

 

there is only one drain plug and u cant missit the oilfiter should be on the rightside i think above your foot peg

 

is the oil filter inside the motor

 

Go to Yamaha's website you can look at owners manual online.

 

TAKE THE BOLT OUT OF THE BOTTOM OF THE MOTOR as yamaha said u cant miss it you will see a hole in ur skid plate the bolt is about 1 inch wide lip and all and remember when loosening righty tighty lefty loose lol and the oile filet is verry easy as well three allen heads remove them and the filter will fall out get a rag wipe the inside out well i do that anways just 2 rid the oil thats sitting and the put ur new filter in put ur cap on and start putting in the allen heads and finsih that up wipe up the oil on your motor from the run off and then put ur drain plug back in and put 2.7 quarts of oil back and if it was me i would warm up the motor before i drained it makes it drain faster good luck to you. and BY THE WAY IF YOU NOTICE OIL IS HIGH AS HEL L ORDER IT FROM ROCKY MOUNTAIN YOU CAN GET 12 QUARTS OF YAMALUBE FOR 24 BUCKS HERE IN AL ITS $4.90 A QUART SO THATS A GOOD DEAL LOL.
