Default Raptor Jetting is way off help me

I am trying to jet my raptor with a full exhaust and k&N with no lid. As close as i can get is 155/160 mains with a 25 pilot and 3/2 turnsd out on the air screws. The midrange pulls fine but it won't idle well, stumbles off the start, and dies out after about 6500rpm in any gear. It cuts out on the top really sharp, almost enough to throw you over the handlebars. Any suggestions on what i need to do, i have tried all the clip positions with no result. Thx

Have you done a plug check? (get W.O.T. for about 1/4 mile and then pull the clutch and kill it) Tell us your plug color. What brand of pipe is it?

If its like a yosh etc. you should be a little bigger in the mains. 160/165 25 pilots. I would also recommend you check the float level on the carbs itself. You might be running out of fuel in the bowls at W.O.T. and that is killing it. Good luck.

Sounds like your too rich. Im at sea level and Im running 150/155 with no lid. So if your at 5200ft, you should be a couple jets lower than me. Try going with 148/150.
