Default Wolverine question.

I have a little extra money this month and was thinking about investing in my 04 Wolverine. I was thinking of either getting a 424 select or an HMF pipe. Which would you guys get first if you had to do it over again? Thanks.

Default Wolverine question.

Personally i would go with the 424 select first because i would liek to be able to switch from 4wd to 2wd and ride around in 2wd.

yeah i would think that having a quad in 4wd all the time would put a lot of strain on the quad but idk just a thought of mine..

424 for sure

A pipe will give you a little power and alot of noise. Get a quiet series pipe later.

Default Wolverine question.

I have an 02 wolverine with Alba pipe, torque stuffer, carb jets and K+N filter and it did pretty good. I just this past weekend added the 424, and its great. If I would have added this first I really don't think I would have added the other mods. Well maybe I would have. LOL
Go with the 424 first and you'll be glad you did.

Get the 424. The 424 really wakes up the sportiness of the Wolverine. It actually makes it feel like a completely different quad. You can do power slides and donuts just like the 2Wds. I'm suprised Yamaha doesn't have selectable 4WD-2WD on the Wolverine straight from the factory. The fulltime 4WD really holds the Wolverine back.........Get the 424.....you'll love it!
