about to buy new itp holeshot rims/tires for banshee need help quick

i am about to buy itp rims and tires for my 2003 banshee but need some help quick the stock tire size on a yamaha banshee is 21x7-10 in front and 20x10-9 in rear right? what is the 10-9 stand for in the rears and 7-10 in front thanks let me know asap

alright thanks some last minute questions im getting holeshot h d's they only have a 22 up front not a 21 would it change anything on my banshee with the way it rides and feels how much of a weight difference would the 22 be up front instead of a 21 also im getting a set of t9 baja rims for the front and back tires would it be better to get a 9' or 10' rear rim im trying to keep the weight down on the tires and rims to and what size bolt pattern and offset should i get in them for my banshee

All the posts ive read say 22 on front 20 on back doesnt create anything noticeable, Ive been looking at tires as well going through same thoughts as you, as for other questions have no idea
