Default decompressing cap blew out on yfz450

second time this has happend. last time a peice of my air filter got sucked in the carb, blew my whole top end. well i have my baffle out (me) i also just check my oil. over filled passed full not warmed up. (dealership) and my air filter is clean but the same one that had a lil peice sucked int he carb.(dealership) are ne of those three causes of a decompression cap to blow out, but not rele for the air filter, just the baffle and the oil. any replies will be great guys, might save me a buck or two at the dealer ship.. thanks

Use complete words and it will be alot easier to answer.
The decomp. caps come out all the time, they tried to save a few bucks and used a plastic piecs and should have used aluminum.
Mod Quad Billet , a site sponsor, offers a billett aluminum decomp. plug.
Replace the cap with a aluminum one, and get a new filter, something is wrong with yours for pieces to be flaking off into your carb.
