I'm wrestling with how I go about lining up the swimarm and motor to the frame. Anyone can spare me any advice?

 

You will have to jack the atv up underneath the engine. This will take the pressure off the swingarm. Have a bud hold the rear of the swingarm while you line the swinger up front. Disconnecting the rear shock from the swinger is an option as well.
