yamaha wolverine jetting?

Default yamaha wolverine jetting?

I have a 99 wolverine with a k&n filter and a DMC allien full exhaust any body have recomindation on jetting? Now it has a 155 main fuel screw is out 2.5 turns and stock pilot. at wide open it seem to be cutting out(worse when hot) sluggish on the bottom end also. Thanks for your time Tony

I think you are way too rich.
I am running a 152.5 main , stock pilot with clip 2nd notch from bottom.
That is with a stock airbox, K&N, and the lid drilled with 8, 3/4 in. holes.
If your airbox is not modified I would guess about a 150 main. and clip in middle or
1 notch down.
My opinion is unless you ride a lot of deep water modify your airbox
or get an aftermarket one to get the full potential of your exhaust.
Because it dont do much good to get the air out of and engine easy
if its still hard for the engine to pull it in.
