Default Timing on raptor

Im trying to correct the timing on a 2002 raptor 660 and I was wondering how to set the cam sprocket at top dead center. I need to know where the marks are on the cam sprocket that sets it at top dead center.

You can't see them very well with the decompression weights in place but there are 3 dots, 2 should be even with the edges of the head and one on the top when the piston is at TDC.
