well once u add aftermarket tires u gain 10% reliability, but if u add a filter u lose 20% reliability

Well the stock filter Sucks Dirt! Replace it with a pro flow. How Reliable Is A Stock Banshee, If you use good oil and know how to mix it, The motor will hold together for years.

i bought my banshee new in 2003 i havent had a problem yet i just added a pro flow k&n intake and trinity stage IV 2 into 1 carb and it still hasnt given me any trouble

As long as you stay away from boring,strokin, etc. she'll run forever.

Well mine is pretty much all stock and once i figured out that the yamaha shop put my slides in backwards she is running Great. i have a K&N Filter T.O.R.S Removal kit and a 15T Front Sprocket. and if you Guys Ride Trails Get the 15T Sprocket.

you can stroke a banshee and keep it very reliable. All you are doing is actually making the motor run better and decreasing the side load on the piston (in terms of engine wear)

Boring should only be done if the bore is bad and needs to be cleaned up. Boring a cylinder for hp is useless

i Heard from guys that they are reliable with pipes and boring(if it needs a top end), but dont stroke it or anything like that...they become very unreliable when you do this.
