I need a trial version of something I can download that will let me transfer video from my mini dv camera so I can post the on the net. I have pinnacle studio thing but I dont have firewire and its not lettin me use usb. I know usb is a little slow...but I only have a couple of min. to copy to my comp. What can I use with usb cable. I wanna put somethin on the net asap. Thanks

 

If its a mini DV Camera like mine...I could only transfer the video using FireWire. USB will not work because its to slow and you would be missing parts of your video/sound etc. I used the firewire port that was on my SoundBlaster sound card. Think you will have to break down and buy a firewire card or a card that has it built in. Plus you computer has to have some power. It its old ...u still might have problems.
