Cracked Case

I have a 98 warrior and the crank case chain guard is cracked at the bottom and it is leaking oil. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

Yes, me. Your chain must have been loose enough to smack the case.

Cracked Case

I replaced the case. You might could have it welded but I didnt want to trust that again. I have had it fixed once all ready so it was on its way out.
