Free big bear

Ive been looking at some 4x4's for a second quad. Then remembered my mom has a I believe a 97 big bear 350 4x4 that has been just sitting outside for almost 2 years. So my questions areif invested $1500 to 2k in it would it be worth ithow good of a quad where theseare the changes from newer ones mainly cosmetic and will parts interchange or was there a complete remake in there somewhere

i think investing around 2k will be worth it.. i doubt you'll invest around that.. but it will prolly cost alot to fix all the parts that have dry rotted + new tires, rims, pipe, jets, filter, oil change and filter,

I would say go for it as well. If you dont want to mess with it, I'll take it! Really they are pretty reliable quads and can be put through hell and back with no major problems.

ive heard stories about bigbears that are unbeleivable...my friends dad was telling us one time that his friend has a '87 bigbear 350...or whatever the first year it came out...and its been rolled, flipped, beat...everything...you cant even tell what it is cause the plastic is so smashed...but it still starts everytime he wants it to
